Need gridsuite/commons-ui#863

Content:

Migrate app-wrapper to TypeScript for the theme creation
Remove unused theme variable
Use correct variable name from commons-ui
Declare correct variables
Remove old NetworkMap map style+theme system
Move common component declaration between light&dark theme in createtheme()
